Alfred Schulz becomes the sole shareholder of Schulz GmbH. CNC turning, CNC milling, lapping, surface grinding as well as laser processing and labeling are now part of the scope of services of Schulz GmbH. An ISO recertification takes place in June 2012.

Four shareholders - Alfred Schulz, Michael Heckel, Klaus Hügler and Josef Burek - found Heckel & Co. GmbH. The focus is on the production of handling robots. The program is gradually expanded to include other products.
